Grandaire: where extravagant living meets airy heights. Grandaire is to become the first high-rise residential building to be constructed in the Mitte district in the heart of Berlin since the reunification of Germany. Its location at a Voltairestrasse address is in an exciting space between the historical Klosterviertel area and the legendary Alexanderplatz square, and a short trip away from other landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate.
The complex consists of two distinctive building sections of different heights, connected to each other via a spacious courtyard. The natural stone facade and ceiling-to-floor panoramic windows create an elegant frame for the buildings, bathing the indoor rooms in light.
